All bookings must be made at least 5 hours in advance.
You will receive a confirmation message once your appointment is scheduled.
Any changes or cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Our services are available daily from 10 AM to 2 AM, including weekends and holidays.
Payments can be made securely online or in cash upon service completion.
Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Be present at the location at the booked time.
Provide a clean, suitable area for our staff to perform the services.
Notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
Our team consists of trained, professional stylists. Any misconduct from either party will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.
While we ensure the highest standards, Gentle Style is not liable for minor skin reactions or issues caused by undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.
